HOW WE FOLLOW OUR PATIENTS AT A DISTANCE We realised, at a certain point in our journey, that it was essential to communicate to patients that the distance from the Biofertility center should not be a problem.
The center close to home, often the first option for everyone, is often not the best solution, because what really matters when choosing a PMA center is the personalization of the diagnoses and therapies that we are able to guarantee to our patients, because we are able to follow them from every part of Italy with continuous and present communication from the entire team.
Even the first visit can be carried out remotely through telemedicine.
The only thing we ask our patients to do is to find a testing center that will give them the results the same day and a trusted gynecologist where they can do ultrasounds for monitoring during stimulation.
We can undoubtedly say that we are able to follow patients even hundreds of kilometers away from Rome.
The only trip they have to make to the capital is to do the oocyte pick up and the embryo transfer, so their stay in Rome can only be two/three days: days in which they will be able to enjoy the beauties of the eternal city.
